Free metro delivery
EMD Packaging Systems offers Free Shipping to Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne metro areas.
Other delivery options
For deliveries outside these metro areas EMD Packaging Systems offers a range of options:
We are happy to organise delivery using one of our carriers. You can request a quote during the checkout process and a shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight of the order and your delivery postcode.
- You can elect to collect the goods from one of our Australian east coast offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
- You can nominate a freight forwarder within one of the Free Shipping areas and we will deliver it to them Free of Charge for your transport.
Shipping times
EMD Packaging Systems will endeavour to ship your order within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of payment. The EMD nominated courier will deliver your order during normal business hours between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Out of stock items
There may be instances when your items purchased are sold out/unavailable on the day of purchase. In this event we will notify you within two business days offer you one of the following options:
- An equivalent product as replacement
- Placing the item on back order for delivery when it comes into stock
- A full refund
